NOTE: This item is for the replacment and widening of walking trails within England Brothers Park. The materials, delivery and installation will be provided by MTM Contractors, Inc., (6550 53rd St N, Pinellas Park, FL 33781) who is currently under contract with Pinellas County. The total cost for this project will not exceed $100,000.00 and will be charged to account 301781-562520 19781/321-PROGRAM-CONSTRUT. The amount budgeted for this project is $100,000.00 (page 236 of FY 18-19 adopted budget).
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization to purchase under Pinellas County contract, 189-0118-CP(JJ), construction of walking trails provided by MTM Contractors, Inc. in the amount not to exceed, $100,000.00 to be charged to the appropriate account.
