NOTE: The applicant is proposing to construct an addition to a Community Residential Home in the R-6 Multifamily Residential / Commercial Zoning District and requests variances to reduce the south, side yard setback from 20 feet to 10 feet; to reduce the rear yard setback from 20 feet to 13 feet, and to reduce the required parking from 6 spaces to 4 spaces.
