NOTE: This is a voluntary annexation of 0.14 acres MOL of contiguous residential property located at 6118 105th Terrace. The City agrees that as part of the consideration of this Agreement, for a period of five (5) years from the date of this Agreement, the City shall waive all City land development fees applicable for the redevelopment of the subject property, in an amount not to exceed Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000). This waiver of fees does not include a waiver of traffic impact fees.
