NOTE: This amendment represents the first budget amendment for this fiscal year. The amendment is dedicated to the Capital Equipment Fund and to bring forward unspent budget funds for the CIP projects from the prior year that were not finished as of September 30th. This increases this year's City budget by $10,326,142 for a revised total City budget of $150,643,326.
