NOTE: The approved CPUD at 9401 49th Street includes a convenience store (7-11) adjacent to a residential zoning district. The convenience store has applied for a license to sell beer and wine. Section 18-1530.13 (A)(3) of the Code of Ordinances requires an 8 foot high wall between such uses. The applicant is requesting a waiver from the wall requirement and proposes an 8 foot tall vinyl fence.

 

 

Recommendation

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) MS 2020-4 for a wall waiver for an approved CPUD (Commercial Planned Unit Development) with underlying B-1 (General Commercial) Zoning. Public hearing, first and final reading (quasi-judicial)
