NOTE: The 8" sanitary sewer force main at 7200 US Highway 19 North was struck by a contractor and was in need of repair per the attached memorandum dated October 30, 2019, in the estimated amount of $150,000.00 that shall be charged to account 511322549204. The repair was completed by MTM Contractors Inc. on November 2, 2019.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for emergency repairs at 7200 US Highway 19 North to MTM Contractors Inc. in the amount of $150,000.00 to be charged to the appropriate account.
