NOTE: Request to authorize the Chairperson of the CRA to execute and enter into the proposed Development Agreement with Namaste Homes, LLC, on behalf of the CRA, contingent upon any matters that might occur at the public hearing and contingent upon City Council approval of the Development Agreement, and further authorize any amendments to the Agreement that might be agreed to prior to such time by the City Manager and City Attorney.
