NOTE: This authorizes the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement between Pinellas County and the Cities of Clearwater, Dunedin, Gulfport, Largo, Oldsmar, Safety Harbor, St. Petersburg, and Tarpon Springs for funding the Tampa Bay Estuary Program match of a Florida Department of Environmental Protection grant to develop a social marketing campaign focused on reducing sanitary sewer overflows.
