NOTE: This is an amendment to the voluntary annexation of 2.24 acres MOL of contiguous commercial property located at 12400 and 12360 49th Street North. This agreement is being amended only as to correct the land use category to be assigned to the property.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) The amendment to the voluntary annexation of 2.24 acres MOL of commercial property owned by G.S.D. Limited Liability Company. This Agreement shall be effective as approved by the Pinellas Park City Council and retroactive to the approval date of the original Annexation Agreement of June 27, 2019. Public hearing, first and final reading.
