NOTE: On February 14, 2019, City Council approved a waiver of land development fees for Beckwith Electric Co., Inc.'s expansion, in the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000). Due to unforeseen delays with Pinellas County for drainage/runoffs and easement acquisitions, Beckwith Electric Co., Inc., is requesting the expiration date of the fee waiver, which is February 13, 2020, be extended an additional year to February 12, 2021.

ACTION: (Adopt - Deny) Resolution No. 20-03.
