AUTHORIZATION FOR THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN PINELLAS COUNTY AND THE CITY OF PINELLAS PARK FOR TOTAL MAXIMUM DAILY LOAD MONITORING AND REPORTING

NOTE: The existing Total Maximum Daily Load Monitoring and Reporting Agreement expired on December 31, 2019. This authorizes the Mayor to sign an interlocal agreement between the City of Pinellas Park and Pinellas County to assist the City in meeting its obligations under NPDES Permit FL S000005-004 Part VIII. The County may provide water quality sampling, monitoring plan design, data review and analysis, reporting, and planning services for the City through December 31, 2022.

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement with the Board of County Commissioners and the City of Pinellas Park.
