NOTE: The Evaluation Committee, in accordance with Resolution 15-12, has reviewed the proposals submitted and recommends five contractors in the following order: 1) Precise Property Maintenance, 2) Trimac Outdoor, 3) Lawns Today LLC, 4) MMM Property and Maintenance, and 5) Valleycrest Landscape. Upon Council’s recommendation and authorization, the City Manager will negotiate competitively with the top two most qualified firms; and should he fail to reach an agreement, he will then negotiate with the remaining firms in order of preference, in accordance with Section 287.055, Florida Statutes.

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the City Manager to negotiate with the top two firms recommended by the Evaluation Committee, in order of preference as recommended, 1) Precise Property Maintenance, 2) Trimac Outdoor, 3) Lawns Today LLC, 4) MMM Property and Maintenance and 5) Valleycrest Landscape.
