NOTE: In response to the Coronavirus Pandemic (COVID-19) the City of Pinellas Park is proposing a Substantial Amendment to its Citizen Participation Plan (CPP), to include additional types of declared disasters or emergency events such as terrorism and infectious diseases, that may necessitate expedited Substantial Amendments. The proposed CPP Amendments would also decrease the public comment period from thirty (30) days to five (5) days when a disaster is declared and allow for adjustments to conducting public hearings.
