NOTE: This item is for the purchase and installation of furniture for the Community Development Tech Services phase II remodel project #T7303 at 6051 78th Avenue. The furniture, delivery and installation will be provided by Corporate Interiors, Inc. (12115 28th Street North, St. Petersburg, FL 33716) who is currently under contract with the City of Pinellas Park. The total cost of this purchase will not exceed $54,234.52 and will be charged to account 301175-562512 (20175/205-CONSTR). The amount budgeted for this project is $390,000.00.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization to purchase and install, under the State of Florida Contract #425-001-12-1, furniture for Community Development Tech Services Phase II remodel from Corporate Interiors, Inc. in the amount, not to exceed, $54,234.52 to be charged to the appropriate account.
