AUTHORIZATION FOR THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PINELLAS PARK AND CREATIVE OUTDOOR ADVERTISING OF AMERICA, INC.

NOTE: Creative Outdoor Advertising of America, Inc. is engaged in providing Street Furniture and selling advertising spaces thereon for the purpose of advertising goods and services. This agreement between the City of Pinellas Park, FL and Creative Outdoor Advertising of America, Inc. (COA) authorizes them the privilege of placing such bus stop benches on untraveled portions of public roadways within the jurisdiction of the City of Pinellas Park. This agreement is for a 10-year term, effective October 1, 2020. COA will provide, for the duration of this agreement, 1/3 of 20% of the net advertising revenues to the Pinellas Park Angel Fund, Boys & Girls Club and Girls Incorporated. The City must notify COA, in writing, one year prior to the agreement's expiration date, if not, the agreement will renew for an additional 5-year term.
