NOTE: The Public Works Department requests that the City accept a Warranty Deed from Nilda Sanchez for a portion of right-of-way abutting the recently annexed property. The existing right-of-way does not meet the City Code width requirements. As part of the development and annexation agreement the Owner is deeding the front seven and one half (7 1/2) feet of the parcel to the City. If approved by the City Council, the right-of-way will then meet City Code.

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the Mayor to accept a Warranty Deed for a segment of property from Nilda Sanchez.
