NOTE: In December of 2019 the City entered into a Lease Agreement with Yeilyn Almaraz for City-owned property located at 6621 40th Street North. The lease was for an initial term of one (1) year.
The tenant has asked to extend the term of the lease for an additional one (1) year under the same terms and conditions. The proposed lease is for a term of one (1) year with no renewal option. Monthly lease payments will be One Thousand One Hundred Thirty Three Dollars ($1,133.00), a 3% increase over the initial term.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the City Manager to sign a Lease Agreement between the City of Pinellas Park and Yeilyn Almaraz for property located at 6621 40th Street North.
