NOTE: In accordance with Resolution 15-12, at the City Council meeting on September 3, 2020, the City Manager was directed by City Council to enter into negotiations with the firm of Willdan Financial Services, as the most qualified of four firms, for an Economic Development Market Analysis & Strategies. These negotiations have been held, and the amount not to exceed $98,060.00, has been determined to be a fair cost for these services to be charged to account #001-812-5513-09 of the 2020/2021 budget.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization to enter into a contract with Willdan Financial Services, to provide an Economic Development Market Analysis & Strategies for RFP 20/006, in the amount of $98,060.00 to be charged to the appropriate account.
