NOTE: This item is for the installation and replacement of a stormwater culvert road crossing within the City at Freedom Lake Park. The materials, delivery, and installation will be provided by MTM Contractors, Inc. (6550 53rd Street N., Pinellas Park, FL 33781) who is currently under contract with Pinellas County. The total cost for this project will not exceed $120,545.00 and will be charged to account 301382-562538 20382/738-CONSTR (page 158 of FY 20-21 adopted budget).
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization to purchase under the Pinellas County contract, #189-0118-CP(JJ), installation and replacement of a stormwater culvert road crossing within the City at Freedom Lake Park provided by MTM Contractors, Inc., in the amount not to exceed $120,545.00 to be charged to the appropriate account.
