NOTE:  This item is for the purchase of sidewalk services for the Fairlawn Park Subdivision Phase III Sidewalk project.  The materials, delivery, and installation will be provided by Central Florida Contractors, Inc., (P.O. Box 3987, Seminole, FL, 33775) who is currently under contract with the City of Pinellas Park.  The total cost for this project will not exceed $414,563.25 and will be charged to accounts 301481-562538 21481/105-PROGRAM-CONSTRUT and 301481-562538 21481/106-PROGRAM-CONSTRUT (page 153 of FY 20-21 adopted budget).

 

 

 

Recommendation

ACTION:  (Approve - Deny)  Authorization to purchase under the City of Pinellas Park contract, #20-007, sidewalk services provided by Central Florida Contractors, Inc., in the amount not to exceed $414,563.25 to be charged to the appropriate account.
