NOTE: This is a voluntary annexation of 0.14 acres MOL of contiguous residential property located at 6057 105th Avenue North. The parties agree that for a period of five (5) years from the date of execution of this Agreement, the City shall waive City land development fees applicable for the redevelopment of the subject Property, in an amount up to, and not to exceed, Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00). The property owner plans to construct a single family home on the property.
