NOTE: This is a Standard Contract between the State of Florida, Department of Health and the City of Pinellas Park in the amount of $69,632.36. These funds are allocated to the Department of Health, Pinellas County as part of the Health in All Policies (HiAP) agreement funded through the Foundation for a Healthy St. Petersburg. The City, as a sub recipient, implements the HiAP strategy. Contract # PSC29 is the third installment of a three-year program that will end on September 30, 2021.
Funds from this contract are reimbursable and no cash or in-kind match are required.
