NOTE: This Mutual Aid Agreement revises and replaces the contract previously entered between all Pinellas law enforcement agencies and the Pinellas County School Board and addresses voluntary cooperation, emergency operational assistance, and traffic enforcement or crash investigation on contiguous ways.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve-Deny) Authorization for the Mayor, the City Manager, and the Police Chief to sign the Pinellas County Combined Mutual Aid Agreement.
