Body

NOTE:  This is an Agreement for Services between the City of Pinellas Park and Fehr & Peers of Walnut Creek, CA (Consultant). The Agreement for Services includes development of a complete streets concept for  78^th Avenue. The project boundaries for this effort are from 66^th Street N. to US HWY 19 N. (SR 55). Through this effort the City seeks to analyze various complete streets alternatives for 78^th Avenue culminating in a preferred concept plan with full project visualizations, cost estimates and phased implementation recommendations. To be charged at an hourly rate with a total not to exceed $125,000 to be charged to the 78th Avenue Complete Street account 301781-562520 (20481/678-DESIGN).

Recommendation

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the Mayor to sign a Consultant Agreement between the City of Pinellas Park and Fehr & Peers for the 78th Avenue Complete Streets Concept Plan.
