NOTE: In accordance with Resolution No. 09-17 and 15-12 and Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, at the City Council meeting on July 22, 2021, the City Manager was directed by City Council to enter into negotiations with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. These negotiations have been held and a contract is ready to be signed with costs based on RFP 21/004 and charged to the appropriate accounts.
Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization to enter into a contract with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. for Banking Services at costs based on the proposers submittal, for a five (5) year period, with one (1) additional five (5) year renewal option.
