NOTE: In accordance with Resolution 15-12, at the City Council meeting on August 26, 2021, the City Manager was directed by City Council to enter into negotiations with the firm of Designing Local Ltd., as the most qualified of three firms to develop a Public Art Master Plan. These negotiations have been held, and the amount not to exceed $35,000.00, has been determined to be a fair cost for these services to be charged to account #001-132-5513-09 of the 2021/2022 budget.

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization to enter into a contract with Designing Local Ltd., to provide a Public Art Master Plan for RFP 21/003, in an amount of $35,000.00 to be charged to the appropriate account.
