Recommendation
ACTION: (Approve - Deny) CU-1022-00004, a request for Conditional Use approval for a physical rehabilitation hospital with 36 beds in the “M-1” Light Industrial Zoning District, conditioned upon City Council approving the proposed Ordinance amending the Land Development Code to add Hospitals as a Conditional Use in the “M-1” Zoning District, including the Conditional Use Requirements that pertain to Hospitals in Section 18-1531.10, as presented to this Commission tonight.
