NOTE: This authorizes the City Manager to sign an interlocal agreement from Pinellas County in which the County accepts the responsibility to design, construct, operate, and maintain the segment of unimproved 52nd Street North right-of-way located south of Ulmerton Road for the Pinellas Trails project.

ACTION: (Approve - Deny) Authorization for the City Manager to accept an interlocal agreement with Pinellas County to design, construct, operate, and maintain the segment of unimproved 52nd Street North right-of-way located south of Ulmerton Road for the Pinellas Trails project.
